ANUGA – Cologne 5 – 9 October 2019


One of the most important international fairs in the food and beverage sector is back. The numbers of the last edition – 7405 exhibitors from 107 countries and 165,000 visitors from 198 different nations – demonstrate Anuga’s great ability to attract companies and professional operators from all over the world.
The trends of the sector are captured in Cologne, there is talk of innovation and the latest product news is presented.

The companies of Piacenza Alimentare Consortium that participate with their own booth are: La Pizza+1, Emiliana Conserve, Steriltom, Salumificio San Carlo, Valcolatte, Molino Dallagiovanna, Formec Biffi, Polenghi, Tomitaly and Salumificio San Michele.
The Consortium will be present to support the aforementioned companies and will have its own istitutional booth shared with Ma-Vi Trade and it will also feature Salumificio Peveri Carlo, Riverfrut, Frescolat, Copap, Cascina Pizzavacca and Musetti.
