Peveri, artisans of cold cuts between tradition and modernity


In 1920 Remo Peveri opened the first delicatessen in Stradella, after an apprenticeship in Milan where he learned about meat and how to work it. Thus began the story of Salumificio Peveri, since the 1950s in Chiaravalle della Colomba and today run by the brothers Federica and Remo.
