For nearly two centuries Molino Dallagiovanna has been working the best wheat personally selected by the family.
The flagship of this company, which today has 41 employees is the historic establishment where ancient wisdom and high technology are combined.
Here, everyday, 3.000 q of flours are produced, designed for each sector of white art.
Recently, a new ultra-modern plant has been added, called Cassiopea, inaugurated in the presence of authorities, professionals, employees, partners and customers.
